Ellen is the Greenwood Township Assessor. Ellen has been with Greenwood Township since 2018, starting as a Field Technician and becoming Assessor in June 2022. Ellen holds a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.
Lee is responsible for updating building property characteristics along with splits and combinations. Lee holds a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.
Tyler and David divide their time between assisting property owners in the office and conducting follow-ups on new construction projects. They are responsible for drawing new constructions in our database, updating building property characteristics, and entering sales and permit information. Both Tyler and David hold a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.
